AdminPro is a free Relativity application for everyday admin work. Bates math, mass renumbering, exports to Concordance, plus QC tools that tell you what you're working with before you act on it. Nine tools, one RAP file, no agents to install.

What it does

Inspection and QC

• Document Summary. Quick counts of what's in your selection — how many documents have native files, regular images, produced images, PDFs, plus per-image totals. Run it before any large operation to know what you're working with.
• Show File Table. Read-only listing of every file record attached to your selection. Use it to confirm what's actually on disk for a given set of documents.
• Cross-Workspace Files. Detects which selected documents have files stored in this workspace versus linked from another. Flags at-risk documents before you delete or migrate the source workspace.
• Has JPEG Images. Tags documents whose image files are JPEG rather than TIFF. A useful production QC step.

Renumbering and Bates

• Renumber Documents. Sequentially renumber a fixed-length-text field (e.g., Control Number) from a starting value, across the selection.
• Renumber Images. Renumber Bates begin/end pairs from a starting value, advancing each document by its page count.
• Calculate EndDoc. Populates the End Bates field automatically — derived either from the next document's beginning Bates, or from the document's page count.

Export

• Export Concordance QRY. Exports a tagging .qry file from any selected field, ready to load directly into Concordance.
• Quick Export. Downloads a single ZIP of your selection containing any combination of native files, PDFs, and extracted text, plus a manifest CSV. Shows a size estimate before it builds, so you don't kick off a giant download by accident.

Anyone who runs Relativity and needs to handle everyday admin work without spinning up a custom script every time — project managers checking what's in a workspace before a delivery, paralegals renumbering productions, lit-support analysts running pre-flight QC on incoming productions.

Why I built it

AdminPro is on me — a thank-you to the eDiscovery community that helped me get where I am. The everyday Relativity admin work I used to do by hand, packaged into one app so you don't have to reinvent it for every matter. Free, because the basics shouldn't have a price tag.
